google chrome was crashed suddenly in my Samsung A3. it didn't start up there after. how to solve this issue?

There are a few things you can try to see if you can resolve this problem.

Important Note: Be sure, before trying this that you have all your names/log in id's and passwords, as well as any sites saved that you want to keep (add to fav sites), as this will clear the browser.

First you can go into the browser app itself, into its cache and data, and clear them out. Sometimes having to much still in there, especially excessive cookies and more, can lead to the app crashing. You will want to clear the data, the cache and the history.

Second you could try going into your phones (not the browsers) "Settings" and then "Applications Manager". Next scroll the screen right so you can see the "All Apps" list. Now scroll down to the bottom and see if you have "com.sec.android.providers.downloads" disabled. If it is, enable it. And this could fix the issue.

Third, and last, you can try uninstalling the browser app, restarting your phone, and then re-downloading it and installing it. It is possible the version you have is older, or an update didn't sit right and this is causing the problem.
