google chrome has stopped working on my pc can anyone help

Google chrome has stopped working on my pc , and it won't allow me to turn on certain security measures i have tried to turn on Real-time protection but i just get an error code 0x800705b4 can anyone help

would try uninstalling, shutting down computer, than reinstalling

would also try downloading googlechromeportable if it doesn't work: http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/google_chrome_portable

1. check for malware.
2. check for incompatible software.
3. build a new Chrome profile.
4. check for corrupted system files!
