When I go to any webpage a little icon pops up in the address bar that says flash player is blocked & cookies are blocked. I've changed all this in settings but it's like it has a mind of it's own, It won't do what I want it to do?

When You need to use flash player do right click on thing that needs it.

Might be because ad are from different site then the site that you go to.

No, I don't right click on it. I just click the message that pops up & select allow this time, But that's bull to have to do that every time! You should be able to do it in settings & forget it!!!
