Google Chrome not responding

I receiving message that if I don't up date my internet explorer things will not work correctly. I have uploaded internet explorer 9 and google chrome and when I do then I can not get my internet to open!@!! I am very frustrated!

Then how did you post this message ? If you updated IE and Chrome, then what error message are you getting when you try to access the internet? Does the browser not open? Can your machine not connect to the internet? You need to elaborate on that.
