Hello, my name is Arthur, and my Google chrome went down about a week ago. At first, I thought it was just acting slow but then the next time I tries opening it - it wouldn't open. What should I do - how do I fix this issue without deleting it or should I delete it and just download it all over again? I am not computer literate so please use words that I can understand and terms that I can comprehend. It's been awhile since my last visit a very, very long while ago.
