Google play not working...Help?

hi guys i recently bought a new smartphone Yusun t22 i know guys its a low budget phone but ... that's the only thing i could afford in my situation and budged so please. so i tried to install latest version of google play and when i try to open it, it asks for a account sign in i click yes and google play closes immediatly after i try to sign in ... i saw few threats and i saw that the date and region had to be to google play or something so please help me i want to have google play in my phone but i just can make it work so please help me i need very important apps that are only in google play.

i cant i live in france and i cant call because it says this number is not supported

I saw it is android 2.3 phone. Android 2 will absolutely won't support LATEST version of google play. Download android market that is older version from here http/www.4shared.com/mobile/vCKOUyfb/Google_Android_Market_236.html?locale=en

You tried older version and it still same. Actually you said you download everything yourself, I guess some files required for Gapps is missing. I have uploaded some important files, please download these 3 files and try again:
