Google Play services has taken up around 2.5GB of storage in my phone. So, is it fair to CLEAR ALL DATA under Google Play Services? What type of data do these services store and what will happen if I Clear all data stored by these services? Solution Please....

Most likely, should you delete the data, it will just be recreated. This is because all the apps you have gotten through there also have data that is saved through that app.

So the more apps you have on the device, and the more data those apps create, and the more space your google play app will be using. Less apps means less space even taken up by that specific app. So if you want it to have less space used by that, you would actually have to have less space being used up by other apps.
