For all those who challenge Specht's ability to trademark the name "Android," please read up on how trademarks are awarded. By category, specific to the term's application. And to MattPerri, if Google felt the name was "non-trademarkable," as you stated, then why did they apply twice and appeal once before going ahead? Come on folks, Google is a greedy schmuckoid!!
