Which Specs are Better for Moderate Gaming??????

Core i5 (4th Generation) 4200M
2.5 GHz with Turbo Boost Technology Upto 3.1 GHz
3 MB Cache
NVIDIA GeForce GT 740M

Core i7 (3rd Generation) 3630QM
2.4 GHz with Turbo Boost Upto 3.4 GHz
6 MB Cache
AMD Radeon HD 7670M
I am a casual gamer and play games like FIFA 14 and GTA 4 and do lots of internet browsing.

The 740M is the faster of the two, but the I7 performs better. Both games you mentioned are more cpu dependent than gpu dependent, so I would opt for the I7 for the additional speed and cache.

If your gaming needs are more casual, the gpu may not matter so much.
For a better laptop experience, See if you can't manage a SSD instead of a hard drive. My strategy is to buy a laptop with the smallest hard drive and replace it with a ssd.
