My Vizio E70 E3 has poor picture quality with shadows on the left side I factory reset it and it is the same and it has no coaxle cable for dtv

This would be cause to start a warranty claim; not a class action law suit.

Technologies advance. Older technologies get removed or are no longer supported. I looked it up on Best Buy's Web Site which clearly states:

TV Tuner Not included

It's not Vizio's fault if you missed that particular specification.
