Gt73Vr adaptor Problem

hello please help
I am having an issue on the charger adapter for laptop model Gt73Vr 425
I7-7820HK Gtx 1080

everytime i plug the adapter into a power outlet
My home electrical die
when I go back lit fuse and electricity in my house
and i plug the adapter into a power outlet back
electricity at home I did not die. and charger are *not re-create the electricity in my house die
the death of my electricity during striking adapter occurs only when the charger is not installed about 2 to 3 hours

whether the problem is happening on my adapter?

I do not use the connection and others. direct charger plugged in the socket
I also have tried when conditions are not attached to a laptop charger. and is attached to the laptop. and the result is the same

so basically what you are saying that every time the power is plug in the power in your house die?have you try different outlet in your house?how about other places?
