Sadly, No. Your CPU isn't fast enough and the GPU wouldn't be able to run at any playable FPS, even at the lowest graphics setting on GTA 5. I very much recommend to reserve your gaming to dedicated gaming Laptops or medium-end Desktops if possible, or stick with games with a lower resource requirement.
