I am having DELL lap, I made my pc to refresh so all my apps and microsoft office are removed
Please give me a solution to regain my microsoft office and apps back to my pc.

You need to download all the apps again, and as for office, did you have a Microsoft account you can logon to and get it back again? If its an older version of office (say 2007) then you need to find the install discs for it.
