Hard Reset question.

How many hard resets can you do to a smartphone?Does the software or hardware get messed up after each hard reset or you can do as many as you want?Thank you.

You can do as much as you want.
Just the data in your phone gets removed, ie, contacts, messages, calendar entries. Thats it.
All your data in your sd card stays intact.
