Hardware Monitor x Showing Cores Temperature

Okay, here's the problem. Before I reformat my computer, my HW was showing 6 different temperatures of particular cores. But now after installing everything and HM, it shows me only one reading.

I have the same problem using CoreTemp as well.

Workloads are showing fine.

I'm using FX-6100, supposedly there should be showing 6 readings #0-#5. which i had before reformatting my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank You very much
