Hardware Reserved Memory Problem

I have a problem with my ACER Laptop (Aspire E5-572G). I've installed 12GB of RAM, and 9823MB of them are used as Hardware Reserved. How could I fix it/descrease this number, because I need more RAMs for Gaming and I have only 958MB free to use.
- I've tried all methods uploaded on YouTube and nothing worked. -

usually hardware reserved mean the ram is not compatible with the other ram.
what the original ram and the exact model of this new ram?
