You just need an adapter. Run the coaxial cable through the adapter then a HDMI cable from the adapter to the TV.

Most TVs still have a composite video audio input. Sometimes it is combined with the component video input. Check the owners manual of the TV.
If you TV doesn't have one then an active composite video audio to HDMI converter will be needed. A passive cable won't work.
