HD Satellite Dish receiver to TV in a motor home

In the wall coaxial cable from TV aproximately 20 ft away from HD receiver. HD receiver only has a HDMI output plug. Is it possible to change HDMI to coaxial and then back to HDMI at TV? My over the air antenna travels thru the coax why not the signal from the receiver? Thanks in advance.

I do not think this is possible. Even if it were, I would still be concerned that you would have 2 additional steps to introduce artifacts and alter the signal.

I would go with a longer HDMI cable.

Thanks for the reply, I guess I will just stay with a digital signal since the cable is in the wall of the motor home and it would be very hard to replace.
