HDMI 1 needs to be in use for other HDMI ports to display properly?

I have a Samsung UN60JU6500. I have noticed when I use my Nintendo Switch on HDMI 2 or my PS4 on HDMI3, the colors appear over saturated. If my have my Apple TV powered up on HDMI 1, then the games systems look perfect. So as of now, I have to ensure my Apple TV on HDMI 1 is powered up when I want to play my games, very weird.

What happens if you disconnect the Apple TV?
It could be loading down the HDMI input circuit when it's not turned on.
If you connect the Apple TV to a different HDMI input does the same thing happen?
It could be a problem with the HDMI board in the TV.

1. If I disconnect the Apple TV from HDMI 1 - Switch on HDMI 2 looks bad, Switch on HDMI 1, looks bad
2. Move Apple TV to HDMI 2 - still same issue. Switch looks bad when Apple TV is off, looks great when Apple TV is on

My HDMI connections are labeled as such
HDMI 1 : HTB/DVI
HDMI 2: HML
HDMI 3: ARC
HDMI 4: no label

The Apple TV is the new 4K version. I tried reducing the res from 4K HDR 60hz to 1080p HDR 60hz and no change.
