HDMI on laptop; output to 3 HDMI TVs plus a VGA projector?

We upgraded our laptop which does not have a VGA port. In our old setup, the laptop had a VGA output to the projector and then a usb converter plugged in to the laptop which connected via RCA to a DVD player with a coaxial out to the three tvs. Now that we are changing the laptop, but not the projector (which doesn't have HDMI), what do I need to keep the signal going to the tvs HDMI, but with an adapter close to the projector instead of the laptop? Does this make any sense?

I does make a little sens, it's just that I've noticed you're using RCA cables, VGA cable, Coaxial..
I just want you to know that the HDMI conducts both Sound and image.
So if I get it you were using VGA from the computer to the projector for the image, and a USB connected to the computer that contains RCA ports connected to the DVD, that serves as the main sound distributor for 3 Televisions.
And now you don't want to use the computer anymore, but the projector to conduct both image and sound simultaneously to 3 different Televisions is that so?

Hmmm...we don't need sound to go to anything as we have a soundboard that outputs to speakers. I am guessing the coaxial was the only way to output to the tv at the time of installation, hence the usb converter. Not sure why it had to be run through the DVD player unless that was so we could also use that DVD player. Now we are upgrading our laptop which only has an HDMI, not a VGA. Our projector doesn't have HDMI and we would prefer not to buy a new projector. I want the better image output to the TVS via HDMI but need an adapter from VGA to HDMI at the projector. Will I have to go with a lower resolution on the laptop to suit the projector and lose the benefits of HDMI? Yeah The converter Will do just fine, it will help you convert HDMI signal to VGA, but the maximum resolution you will get is 480p (480x640 pixels) 25fps, so you may lose some quality assuming that the signal will be converted from digital to analogue, VGA technology is now outdated, This 1080p adapter can help you convert up to 1080p to 480p, if the display is higher than that (like 1280p) You'll need to switch it back to 1080p but one thing is sure, the adapter will definitely solve your issue.
