Hdmi Splitter Question

Is it a good idea to have 2 different Hdmi splitters? Like 1 3x1 splitter connected to a 1x2 splitter? Because I need 3 things connected to 2 tvs and a 4x2 splitter is too expensive. Will the quality degrade or will there be lag if theres 2 splitters?

You may have some handshake problems. Quality will probably be ok if the cables are not too long. Something like this is not too expensive?
