HDMI Switch but no audio

Scenario:
1) My HDMI is connected to my Graphics Card (CPU) and the Audio (3.5mm) is connected to the CPU.
2) The HDMI output is connected to a HDMI switcher which is then connected to the Monitor.
3) The other input for the HDMI switcher is my PS4 which is connected to the Monitor

Question: When my Monitor switches to run my PS4, I get no audio because the Audio is plugged directly into the CPU. What can I do so that when I run my PS4, I get audio too?

Assuming that your monitor won't accept audio through HDMI then you would use the HDMI output of the CPU for audio and video and replace your HDMI switcher with one that will extract analog audio from HDMI like this one
