HDMI to VGA adaptor

Hi, I'm searching for an adapter from HDMI to VGA with split audio, so I can connect my headphones. I want to use this adapter to connect a TDT (DVB) bought this year, so I think it will handle the recent HDMI formats. The DVB is this http/www.sogo.es/product_detail.aspx?id=484
By the way, I'm willing to use this with an analog monitor 1920x1080

The DVB supports 720p and 1080i output not 1080p so I would want to be sure it would work with your monitor as it may not de-interlace the 1080i to 1080p or upscale 720p to 1080p as a TV would.

This; you could probably find cheaper but this is probably the best qualityrice ratio for an adapter.
