Head Set Issues.

I have a headset. This headset when plugged in (3.5 millimeter jack) can be used as speakers and not a microphone. I am now sad pls help.

Does the jack have 4 pins or the regular 3 pins?

Pins? If you mean the black circles around them then 3

That is most likely the problem - I presume your PC has two jacks (one for the mic and one for the speakers) and your headset only has one (for both the mic and speakers). You'll need to use an adapter like this one: http/www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0058DOWH6
