Solved! Headphone balance is messed up

I rolled my chair back and slightly tapped my computer and it caused my left headphone to play significantly lower than the right one. I plugged it into my phone to make sure it wasn't the audio port on my PC and it did the same on my phone. The balance audio setting doesn't get the left one back to full volume. Is it the headphone audio jack or what?

Yes an issue with the connector will cause this, maybe the cord got damaged inside it.
