Headphone cord keeps twisting

My headphone cord keeps on twisting itself up. It is very bloody annoying as it gets in the way and i am constantly having to untangle it. It happens every few centimetres all the way down the whole cable. Is there anyway i can fix this? so annoying

That's normal if you just bought it. It happens everytime to me as well. What I usually do is twist it other way around and hold it for several minutes. Of course, don't put too much pressure and you might flipped it over.
