Headphone for movies?

so i want a new pair of headphones.
i want quality but at the same time pay less.
i would say my budget is under 200$ but i really would like to pay less.
i'm using a pc.

i mostly care if headphones will give me good sound for movies.
i don't want any extra bass and so on.
if its good for other movies thats good to.

if people got recommendation then thats welcome.
but im also just confused a bit to what i should look for in general.
i see different term thrown around but dont know if its relevant for me.

do i need good sound stage or is that irrelevant?
should i look for a neutral sound? reference sound?

i have been looking at so many different sites and reviews im dizzy right now.
