I recently got`a z6a headphone and when i plug it in i instantly hear a static noise when playing games with it i can only hear some sounds off one side of the headphone it seems that the front speaker in one side of it is broken im just wondering if i should return it or is it a hardware issue i have a Integrated Realtek ALC888S Audio.

It could be the headphone or a broken headphone jack.
Try plugging the headphones into the speaker jack on the rear of the computer.
