Headphone only plays out of one ear

I have looked at all of the other threads but none of them have helped me.
I have an Xbox Stereo Headset (Been through hell and back, actually one earcup fell off, now held on by duct tape) and whenever it is plugged into my computer only the left ear makes sound. When plugged into my iPhone or even my laptop, both of them work. Upon closer examination to the jacks on my pc, I saw that the mic jack had 2 little prongs in it, I imagine one for the left and one for the right. When I looked in the headphone jack next to it, the right prong was further back, pushed in. The right also happens to be the side that is not working. Does this mean I need a new case? (The Rosewill Challenger I am using is 3 months old + I cannot afford anything rn) or can I repair this myself?

Also idk why but whenever I click on something on this site I get a download called "usnc" and it's freaking me out

If you cannot replace the 3.5mm jack in the case, then a bay accessory is the most affordable solution.
