Headphones 1 side working. Help.

Only one side of the headphones makes sound. Doesn't matter if i plug it in the computer or the phone. It's all the way in the jack, so that ain't a problem. When i play with the wire at the entrance to the headphones, the left side sometimes works, it's the one that doesn't work. The right side works fine, and that's the side where the wire enters.

Open them up and fix the connection, not sure what other info you were looking for but that's the way to fix it.
