HeadPhones for Music

Hi!
I am planning on buyign a new headset. My budget is not very big (somewhere between 50 to 75$ Max). I will mainly use them to listen to high quality music (Flacs) and occasionally for gaming. I want them to have good bass, not exaggerated, and decent mids and highs. Also, I will plug them into my PC, which has a Realtek ALC 887 integrated sound card.
I don't know for sure which of the following is the best:
1. Creative Aurvana Live! (From what I've learned the sound is good but their build seems pretty bad, also I don't know what to say about that cable)
2. Sennheiser HD 429 (I don't know to much about them tbh)
3. Audio-Technica ATH-20X
My questions are:
1. Is the build quality of CAL! bad?
2. Will I notice a difference between a 10$ Headset (an old A4tech) and a CAL! or any of the above if I use them if that ALC 887?
3. Are there better options in this budget?

I would suggest you look into the Grado SR60e. Great sounding for music and in your price range. Highly rated by audiophiles and Consumer Reports and that doesn't happen often. They are not hard to drive so should be fine with your integrated audio.

Philips SHP9500. Light, large earpads and a suspension head band for and cups that rotate and pivot for great comfort. The sound is pretty clear and you can use any 3.5mm to 3.5mm cable for the headphones since the cable is replaceable in case you break it. They recently were on sale at newegg or amazon for $70.

Some people even like them better than their $300 Sennheisers
