headphones for the Pace DVR or Sony TV

Will I be able to hook corded headphones to Pace DVR model # RNG150N in the Digital Audio Out outlet. The DVR is hooked to a Sony Bravia TV. Also what size jack on the headphones will go to the DVR Digital Audio Out outlet. I have a little trouble hearing all the audio on the TV without Blasting the spouse out of room.

You need ditital to rca converter. You will probably also need a cable which converts RCA to phone jack, or better yet - headphone amplifier.
