Question Headphones not picking up a game but everything else.

So I recently just picked up a pair of Sennheiser Accentum's. and I have been unable to figure out how to get my audio for Modern Warfare 3 to work, other games have been fine, but for some reason even with the hands free audio disabled in my drivers and my communications set to no sounds, and my inputs, are all correct as they should be and my microphone/headset set to default in my windows also.

I am just at a complete loss of what to do next and searching hasn't done me well so i thought id ask.
