Headphones with red/white and USB plugs

So I got my self a new headphones with red, white and USB plugs. Do they work with my PC? How do I make them work?

That sounds like the headphones have their own amp and DAC. You might get the best sound quality by using the USB connection. Otherwise you would use an adapter cable that plugged into the line out port on the back of the motherboard.
