Headset Compatibility Problem?

So, I have a Logitech g930 headset. I also have a SteelSeries Sensei Raw gaming mouse. Whenever I play games(Such as Counterstrike:GO), my mouse will lock in place and will not move until I close out of the game. It only happens when I plug a USB headset in, and completely fine when I unplug it. So I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this?

I've changed the headset 3 times, and still seems to be a reoccurring problem. I believe it is Windows 8 that causes it, however I do not wish to go through the process of changing operating systems.
