Headset for PS4 and XBOX ONE

Hey guys, I started playing COD GHOSTS on my PS4 and I am loving it and I need a good headset that I will be able to connect it with the PS4 and XBOX ONE ( I will be buying soon ).
So, suggest me the best headset for PS4 and XBOX ONE.
