Headset microphone not working on new PC

So I just built a new PC and my headset's mic is not working (the audio works though). It works on my laptop/PS4/Phone but not my new PC. It's a turtle beach earforce 50p. I need it to talk on skype, discord etc.

I've searched the web on similar problems but no solutions have worked.

Yes that is what i need, i was only plugging in my headset via audio jack and mic wasnt working. Thanks.
