Headset , Up to like £150?

Hello, and yes i have heard "gaming headsets suck" and all of that but i am looking to buy one, i currently have the console, tritton 720+ which is good but i would like one specific to PC, i was looking at the astro a40 PC editon then using a program such as razer surround to compensate for the mixamp, but then the Corsair 1500v2 and the HyperX Cloud are still options, any other suggestions are welcomed , thanks

So it seems that you prefer wired over wireless. All the headsets you mentioned are very good, i would also add the Sennheiser G4ME ONE and the Steelseries Siberia Elite Prism to your list.
