Any inkjet printer have tracking device for tracking documents to find where and when that document printed?

No printer can tell you what it printed yesterday or even five minutes ago.

what am asking in my office one of the person took one important document copy without my permission now i got the copy of paper in my hand , It s possible to track the person with copy of paper

Nothing short of fingerprinting will tell you that unless they had to log in to your PC to print it. Then, your Network Administrator might be able to help.
