You just go and buy any USB mouse of your choice, plug it into any of the USB ports on the laptop, wait a second for drivers to automatically install, and voila - simple as that. Of course it is advisable, since it makes work much easier.

Step 1 - buy USB mouse
Step 2 - Plug usb mouse into usb port.
Step 3 - use mouse.
