Hello, I have the Samsung model# un50eh5300 smart HDTV the screen is upside down. I've never encountered this problem before .what can be the problem. Can this be caused by a defective mainboard . How do I fix this issue. Any help would greatly appreciate it

So unmount it, turn it upside down, and BAM!

No idea, you are telling us this happens all of a sudden, all by itself, it's been working just fine, and BAM? I dunno man.

Follow manual to reset it to factory, leave it unplugged from AC for one hour see what happens.
