Hello , I'm having some issues with my Verizon Ellipsis 8 tablet running 4.2.2 kitkat. It seems as though that it has a virus

Ya that was the very first thing I did , For some reason it seems like it made it worse after the reset ???

Sounds like you actually have a hardware issue then. Is it still under warranty?

Please try to run an antivirus on your tablet so it can scan it and if there will be any virus then it can remove that.
