I only access my home internet via an ethernet adapter plugged into the wall in order to boost signal, I don't believe I remotely access any form of network or computer otherwise?

I got this first time today preventing my pc from shutting down, only Cisco thing I have is nowtv player which comes with videoguard. Do you have nowtv? That could be it

Yes actually I do have NowTv, so I guess that is the culprit?
