help buying 13-14 inch laptop (700-900) budget

Hi! i'm going to be going to college soon and i need a new laptop that's smaller, hence the 13 to 14 inch screen size. I will be using it for taking notes, surfing the web, and games such as starcraft 2, and if it can handle it battlefield 4 or elite dangerous. a touch screen would help with some of the diagrams i may need to take but if thats too much for the budget its very low in comparison to having good hardware.
