help choosing the right parts for a new computer

hi im wanting to build a new computer to run 2 separate operating systems simultaneously id like to run both windows 8.1 pro and some form of Linux id like for both operating systems to have their own hybrid drives so the operating systems can both be saved to ssd. id also really like it to be a laptop/desktop replacement so i can take it to work also like for it to be as up-gradable as possible so i can continue to stay ahead for years to come. it needs to be able to run both operating systems and my 3d home design program at the same time id like to stay under 3000$ if i can

-You have 2 1TB ssd's for both of your software. You can put all of your files on those ssd also.
-For the 3d home design, the i7 4770k can be overclocked and then cooled with the h100i. The i7 will help rendering the images and other stuff and the gtx 780 will help with the modeling and quality.
