Help..cyberpowerpc or msi??

Heloo everoneee!!
You need to take a look at this laptop from cyber power pc

It has a i7 7920hq along with 1070s in sli!!
That only at 2600$!!
Just want to ask is this an msi barebone laptop with same mobo as of msi gt83vr??
Asking cause i live in india and want to buy it, so in case of a problem like motherboard failure or anything can i go to an local msi service centre in india and get it repaired (i will pay for it obviously)

If you want to game, you should get desktop since it is cheaper and easier to fix/swap out parts. This laptop has 1070 SLI which is nice but most games don't use SLI; that 2nd GTX 1070 is a waste of money. In addition, this is 1080p laptop, a single 1070 is good enough. If you want more GPU performance, get one with single GTX 1080.
