Help! How to connect Audio interface to 2 old speakers?

I hope someone can assist me.
I have a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 Audio Interface, and I have 2 old monitors.
in the back of the monitors, there's a place to put in those old 16 gauge speaker wires, black and red.
In the back of the Audio Interface - 2 Line outputs - Right and Left. (the size is like PL cable)

How do I make these two work together? is there a cable that exists exactly for that?

Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, Newegg, any number of places. Used of course will be cheaper, plenty of people sell uses stereo equipment.

Google the make and model of the speakers to find the specs.
That will tell you the power requirements and the impedance. Get an amp that will be stable with the impedance and provide adequate power for your set up.
There are many small cheap digital amps online.
