Help identifiying unknown camera / unknown charger

My father recently found an action camera on the side of the road and it seemed to work fine. The problem is that it ran out of battery and we are not able to tell which connector type it has and it has no brand. Getting any info on the type of camera we have would make things a lot easier so I would really appreciate if someone is able to tell us something about it.

I've put a regular mini usb male connector over the camera to compare the size

Did you think about unscrewing the shock cover to see if there were any brand info underneath ?

The top one on the actioncam is a somewhat proprietary connector.
One of my P&S cameras have that same port.
