help I've been hacked

Solution

steamrock,

As COLGeek mentions, there is not enough information for specific advice, but I would say generically to:

1. Verify that you've been hacked. Google "how to detect hacking" and etc. There are a lot of lists of steps, YouTube videos, and software. See: for example:

Check configurations:

1. Firewall
2. Remote access: See_ https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/ff404238.aspx

Download, install, and run Malwarebytes See_ https://www.malwarebytes.org/mwb-download/

Just a couple of ideas to start out.

Good luck and let us know what happened.

Cheers,

I'm going to second this. after, run your virus scanner, malware scanner, and make sure your firewall is turned on. any further steps would depend on what is going on other than 'being hacked' because that's not very descriptive...
