Help Laptop memory

Hi,

I was thinking about upgrading my laptop memory for my alienware 18 but I have no idea what to choose. I know that 16gb is the way to go but thats as much as I know.
The laptop currently has 8gb stock and it has a intel i7-4710MQ 2.5.
Any ideas for brand and clock speed?
